Global Tech Team offers secure email service. We have been providing this service since 1995. Our email server is located in the United States to allow your workers to safely communicate with each other.

GTT’s connection to your email client is encrypted using industry standard certificates that force your sending and receiving emails to be secure. For increased flexibility, choose from seven different domain names. Contact GTT for more information.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

How do I pay?

Please send an email to helpdesk@gtt.tools and we can walk you through the process of determining which package you qualify for.  We will then invoice you directly from a payment processing service.  All payment is done externally through the bill payment processors of: PayPal and MoonClerk/Stripe.  Those checkouts are checkout payments made through those sites are secure. GTT never sees any of your financial (e.g., bank or credit card) information but only receives confirmation of payment processing.

PayPal can take your bank account information or the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express

MoonClerk / Stripe can take the following credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express

Where is your email server located?:

Our email server is located within a secure datacenter in the State of Texas, USA.

Is your email secure?:

Our email server and the connection to your email client is encrypted using industry-standard certificates that force your sending/receiving of emails to be secure. You cannot send an unsecure (third-party readable) email on our system.

What email protocols do you support?:

Access to your email account is through an email client can be done either using POP or IMAP protocols. We also have a secure webmail site where you can login and access your email.

What email domain would I receive for my email?:

Currently, you have your choice of the following email domains to select from:

  • capost.org
  • eamail.net
  • eamail.org
  • mail2go.net
  • ca-mail.net
  • mailseek.net
  • seekermail.net

What operating systems will this work on?:

Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and most every other OS.

Do mobile devices (iPhones, Android, iPad, tablets) work with email?:

Yes, all Apple and Android tablets will work with our email system.

How do you handle spam/virus emails?:

Our email server is configured to do a thorough check on each email item to determine if it is a spam email or it is has a malicious virus payload attached. By default, all emails that are considered spam are sent to a SPAM folder on the server. However, you can decide if you would rather just have them deleted or tagged before passing down to your email client.

How large of an email attachment can I send?:

We allow attachments to be up to 50 megabytes large.

How large can my mailbox be?

All accounts can store up to 25GB of emails.
